Children's Ministry

First Baptist Children's Ministry is a place where parents and children are supported and encouraged to "know and grow" in their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Our Children's Ministry staff works hand in hand with parents, sharing the common goal of developing children to stand strong and impact the next generation for Christ.  We welcome you and your valuable input.  It is our desire that you experience the finest care and support that is available.  We strive for excellence in every facet of our ministry... and we are here to serve you and your family.  We teach three core truths:  I can trust God no matter what, I need to make the wise choice and I need to treat others the way I want to be treated.

Your child is precious to us.  We use a security check-in system for all children. Parents may give permission for fifth and sixth graders to leave at the end of the children's program.  After sundown ALL children will remain inside until picked up by a parent.  All staff members and volunteers have undergone a background check prior to serving in any part of our Children's Ministries.

The bottom line is this: we value families!  We are committed to helping you , as parents, raise up "Spiritual Champions" and it all starts here. "Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it."  (NLT) Proverbs 22:6
